Stainless Steel Clean Sampling Vehicle

The Jinda high quality Stainless Steel Clean Sampling Vehicle’ structure is composed of stainless steel plates or spray-coated steel plates. It is controlled by a computer with light touch points. The fan has stepless speed regulation and the air volume can be adjusted at will. It is equipped with ultraviolet rays.

Sterilization lamp, specifications and dimensions can be customized according to customer requirements.

Move the clean sampling vehicle to the place where sampling is required, fix the sampling vehicle (brake); turn on the power, turn on the power switch, and turn on the fan switch;
The fan starts working, adjust the voltage to an appropriate level (usually 220V), and after the clean sampling operation has been running for 15 minutes, put it into the sampling bucket;
After sampling, remove the sampling bucket, turn off the fan and power supply, unplug the power cord, and move the sampling truck to its original location.

The clean sampling vehicle is suitable for sampling raw and auxiliary materials of pharmaceutical preparations and sterile preparations. It is widely used for sampling raw and auxiliary materials in special occasions in medicine, preparations, electronics, precision instruments, meters, food and other industries.
