The Jinda high quality Cleanroom Fan Filter Unit(FFU) can be connected and used in a modular manner, making the FFU widely used in clean rooms, clean workbenches, clean production lines, assembled clean rooms and local level 100 applications. The Cleanroom Fan Filter Unit has two kinds of primary and high-efficiency filters. The extension unit sucks air from the top of the FFU and filters it through a primary high-efficiency filter. The filtered clean air is sent out at an average wind speed of 0.45m/s±20% on the entire air outlet surface.

The Jinda Cleanroom Fan Filter Unit(FFU) adopts German EBM direct-drive high-efficiency centrifugal fan, which has the characteristics of long life, low noise, maintenance-free, small vibration, and stepless speed adjustment. The fan quality is reliable and the working life is more than 50,000 hours.

Jinda Cleanroom Fan Filter Unit(FFU) is particularly suitable for assembled ultra-clean production lines. It can be arranged as a single unit according to process needs, or multiple units can be connected in series to form a 100-level assembly line.

The shell structure of the Cleanroom Fan Filter Unit(FFU) is made of stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and cold-rolled steel plate materials. It is light in weight, corrosion-resistant, rust-proof, and beautiful.

Before leaving the factory, all products are scanned and inspected one by one with a dust particle calculator in accordance with U.S. Federal Standard 209E to ensure quality.
